Who we support
Support for adults, centred on the individual
A diagnosis does not define the person. We assess each enquiry carefully to understand abilities, needs, preferences, risks and the skills required from our team.

Assessment matters
Listing a condition does not mean we can meet every level of need. Support is agreed only when our non-clinical service and available staff can safely meet the person’s assessed needs.

Person-centred, accessible support
Where we can demonstrate appropriate competence, care may include reasonable adjustments, communication support, predictable routines, independence-building and help with everyday life.
Let’s talk about the care you need.
A warm, straightforward conversation is the first step.
